Pouratorium Operating Hours:  7am to 5pm, 7 days a week.

 

Baristas & Cashiers

Part-Time & Full-Time | 20-40 hours/week

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and other specialty beverages to company standards 
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind bar and around the café
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications: 

  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Speciality coffee experience is preferred, but not required. We will train great people.

Kitchen Team

Part-Time & Full-Time | 20-40 hours/week

Responsibilities: 

    • Prepare food and grab & go offerings to company standards
    • Execute daily prep and station setup
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
    • Follow food safety sanitation procedures
    • Support opening and closing responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year kitchen or food prep experience
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Weekend availability required
